Questions

Before you book

Is the price fixed?
No. The “from” price is where most journeys start with two travellers. The final figure depends on the stays, the extras and the season; we send a written proposal before you commit.
How private is “private”?
Completely: your guide, your vehicle, your table at the camp, your sunrise. If you want a camp entirely to yourselves, tell us and we price it.
Can the itinerary change once it starts?
Yes. Your guide is in touch with your planner every day. Say so at breakfast.
What do we decide now?
Your dates and roughly how many travellers. Everything else we decide together.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancel up to 20 days before departure and we refund everything you paid online, no questions asked. Less than 20 days before, the 30 % deposit is kept, because your driver-guide, car and stays are already reserved. Date changes inside the free window are free — message us on WhatsApp.
