Morocco Tiziri is a tour operator based in Marrakech. We run day trips, shared tours, private tours and Elite journeys across Morocco.

01How do I book a tour with Morocco Tiziri?
Choose a tour, pick your date and the number of travellers, and pay a 30 % deposit securely on Stripe. Your booking is confirmed instantly and your voucher arrives by email. The balance is paid on the day.
02Are your tours private?
Private and Elite tours are for your group only: your own driver, vehicle and itinerary. Shared tours run on fixed dates in small groups of small group, 18 seats per minibus.
03What is the difference between Shared, Private and Elite?
Shared is the best value: fixed departures and a comfortable minibus. Private gives you your own driver-guide and flexible stops. Elite adds hand-picked luxury riads and camps, a private guide and an itinerary designed around you.
04How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal, especially for October to April and for Elite journeys. Last-minute requests are welcome; we will tell you honestly what is available.
05Do you pick up from my riad or hotel?
Yes, anywhere in Marrakech, Fes or Agadir depending on the tour. Riads inside the medina are met at the nearest car access point.
06Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Shared tours can be cancelled free up to 48 hours before departure, private tours up to 7 days before, and Elite journeys up to 20 days before — we refund everything you paid online. After that window the 30 % deposit is kept, because your driver-guide, car and stays are already reserved.
