Booking terms

These terms apply to every booking made on moroccotiziri.com with Morocco Tiziri, a trading name of Morocco Glimpse LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801). Our tours are run in Morocco under tourism licence N° 2458961, from our office at Résidence Azizia, M'Hamid, Marrakech 40160, Morocco. Online payments and receipts are issued by Morocco Glimpse LLC.

A booking is confirmed when your payment is received. You receive a voucher by email, and your booking appears in your profile (My trips). Please check the names, date and pick-up on your voucher and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Prices are per person, in euros, taxes included. Private tour prices depend on the size of your group. Children and infants travel at 80 % of the adult price on multi-day tours and pay the full price on day trips.

On multi-day tours you may pay a 30 % deposit or the full price online, by card through Stripe; the balance is paid on the day of departure to your driver-guide, in cash or by card. Day trips are paid in full online. Elite journeys are priced in a written proposal and confirmed with a 30 % deposit.

Inside the free period we refund everything you paid online, within 5 to 10 working days. You can cancel from My trips or by writing to us.

You can change your date for free inside the free cancellation period, subject to availability. Adding travellers or options is possible at any time; the price difference is paid online or on the day.

We may cancel a tour if the road is closed, the weather is dangerous or, on a shared departure, too few travellers are booked (we tell you at least 48 hours before). You then choose between another date and a full refund.

Snow on the Tizi n'Tichka or a sandstorm in the desert happens a few days a year. We re-route (another valley, an extra night on the way) or refund the night affected. You decide.

On shared tours, pick-up is included within 8 km of the city centre (Jemaa el-Fna in Marrakech); private tours pick you up at your riad or hotel. In the medina, your driver meets you at a nearby point we name with a Google Maps link. If you are not at the pick-up point within 30 minutes of the time sent, the tour is treated as a no-show and is not refunded.

• Valid passport and any documents for your nationality.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Tell us about health conditions, allergies or reduced mobility when you book, so we can plan.
• Respect the local customs, the camps and the people you meet.

If something is not as promised, tell your driver or your planner on the spot so we can fix it the same day. After the trip, write to contact@moroccotiziri.com; we answer within 7 days.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that we cannot solve together is handled by the courts of Marrakech. See also our privacy policy.
