What it is
Up the gorge from Boumalne, past the hairpins, a guesthouse built on terraces into the rock: rooms with small balconies over the river, a garden, and a restaurant with a reputation across the south. It is the night to choose if food matters to you or if you want to be inside the gorge rather than at its mouth. The hairpin viewpoint is a few minutes away, which makes the next morning short.
