Three days from Marrakech to the dunes of Erg Chebbi and back, just you and your driver-guide. Cross the High Atlas, visit Aït Ben Haddou, walk in the Todra Gorge, ride a camel into the dunes for the sunset and sleep in a luxury desert camp, then return along the Draa Valley. Luxury hotels, local guides and the camel ride are included.
Day one crosses the Atlas (Telouet on request), gives you real time in Aït Ben Haddou and follows the kasbah road to a family riad in the Dades Valley. Day two walks the Todra Gorge at your pace and ends with camels into Erg Chebbi and the luxury camp.
Day three starts on a dune at sunrise and runs home through the Draa Valley, Ouarzazate and the pass — at your address or the airport by early evening.
Vehicle by group size: a 4x4 or car up to 4, a minivan up to 6, a minibus beyond; larger groups get more vehicles, never split.

Pick-up at your riad or hotel at the time you choose: 07:00, 08:00 or 09:00 (07:00 or 08:00 recommended). Over the High Atlas by the Tizi n'Tichka pass, with stops in Berber villages. Time to explore Aït Ben Haddou with a local guide, then lunch. South along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs by Ouarzazate, Skoura and the Valley of the Roses to the Dades Valley, and the "Monkey Fingers" rocks if there is time (or the next morning).
Breakfast, then a viewpoint over the palm oasis and villages of Tinghir, and a walk beneath the walls of the Todra Gorge. Arrive in Merzouga in the afternoon and ride a camel into the dunes, with a stop on a high dune for the sunset. Tea on arrival at the camp, dinner, then drums and stories by the fire.
Sunrise from a dune near the camp, breakfast, then back to Merzouga by camel or 4x4. Home by a different road, along the Draa Valley, with lunch in Ouarzazate and the crossing of the High Atlas. Stop wherever you like: the car is yours. Drop-off at your riad or hotel.
